      HOW TO USE IT

      Dosage and taking instructions

      The dosage of ORetine is 2 capsules per day to be taken with a large glass of water.

      The consumption of ORetine can raise the levels of retinal pigments for several months.

      We therefore recommend an initial cure of 2 months of ORetine, renewable regularly. A personalized duration of the cure can be evaluated by a doctor, do not hesitate to consult your doctor or your ophthalmologist.

      The preservation of the eyes also goes through a healthy lifestyle, and some applicable tips to easily protect your eyes:

      • Always wear sunglasses in bright light

      • Add nuts and shelled fruits, egg, spinach, broccoli, oily fish to your diet to provide essential nutrients for vision.

      • Ensure a sufficient intake of Omega 3 (fatty fish) in the diet, i.e. twice 150g per week, or balance with food supplements based on Omega 3 (see our Omega complex -3 vegetarian)
