What are the benefits of the Kinesis supplement?

Kinesis is a nutraceutical food supplement for joints. Kinesis was developed to relieve people suffering from joint problems. The Kinesis formula was designed to be effective on the heavily used joints of athletes, as well as on joints affected by rheumatic conditions such as osteoarthritis.

Kinesis contains active ingredients that have proven effective in relieving joint pain and maintaining mobility.

In the case of osteoarthritis, a condition affecting the entire joint system (bones, tendons, etc.), Kinesis helps improve joint comfort, soothe pain, and contribute to controlling the progression of the disease, thanks to glucosamine. It's important to remember that maintaining mobility is essential for good health.

The ingredients that make up Kinesis have shown definite effectiveness in relieving painful joints and preserving mobility (see the section What Science Says ), however Kinesis cannot replace appropriate medical treatment and does not regenerate damaged joints.

We have written two blog articles on osteoarthritis and its treatments .

Why is Kinesis a unique dietary supplement?

Kinesis was developed in close collaboration with Dr. Chantal Marion, Doctor of Pharmacy, Senior Lecturer in Phytotherapy, and specialist in the use of plant-based active ingredients. The combination of remineralizing plants, anti-inflammatory plants, glucosamine, and zeolite is a unique formula exclusive to Phytocea. This formula was developed to make Kinesis one of the best nutraceutical food supplements for joints.

This complex of active ingredients not only relieves pain, but also provides active ingredients that have shown the ability to limit cartilage wear and uses zeolite which protects the body against the effects of pollutants absorbed through food.

Moreover, Kinesis is a supplement designed to have a significant impact on the joint comfort of athletes , particularly during regular practice of sports with a high joint component such as weight training, climbing, running or horse riding.

Kinesis is not available in capsule form but as a tablet. The tablet form we use allows for a higher dosage of the various active ingredients. Committed to providing the best possible supplements, our tablets are free of glue, chemical excipients, and controversial additives.

In addition to its effectiveness, Kinesis is also unique in its quality and strict manufacturing standards. Here are Phytocea's commitments regarding this product:

👉🏻 Locally produced and controlled, with certified ingredients

👉🏻 Total transparency about the origin of our ingredients

👉🏻 A formulation approach validated by our independent Scientific Council

👉🏻 A selection of active ingredients and a formulation supported by scientific literature

Ingredients

What are the ingredients of Kinesis, designed for joint comfort?

Faced with the jungle of food supplements on the market, when formulating Kinesis we asked ourselves the same question as everyone else: " What are the best products for joints ?".

We have rigorously selected the best ingredients capable of helping to maintain joint flexibility, limit discomfort, etc. We have finally arrived at a formula that does not exist elsewhere and which is designed to improve joint comfort.

Horsetail is a plant rich in organic silicon. It is used for this high silicon content. Indeed, silicon is essential for the synthesis of glucosaminoglycans, components of cartilage.

It is a plant native to Namibia. Devil's claw (Harpagophytum) contains natural antioxidants, phenols, and vitamins. It inhibits inflammatory mediators to combat arthritis and joint pain. Its traditional use is well-known for relieving joint pain. Clinical studies have shown that, beyond its traditional uses, Devil's claw is truly effective in cases of rheumatic joint pain.

Blackcurrants contain flavonoids, which are antioxidants and give them their color. They have both anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and are indicated for joint pain associated with osteoarthritis.

This plant is rich in salicylate compounds, similar to aspirin. It is effective in relieving joint pain: salicylates are analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory agents.

It is a volcanic rock that has the ability to chelate heavy metals and food contaminants. Heavy metals can cause harmful oxidative stress, particularly affecting the joints.

It is naturally produced in the body and is a component of cartilage. It ensures proper joint function by maintaining cartilage integrity. Clinical studies show that glucosamine is effective in maintaining cartilage integrity and slowing the progression of osteoarthritis, particularly in relieving knee osteoarthritis. Glucosamine is regularly used by athletes with knee problems. We use a concentrated and bioavailable form to improve absorption and increase its effectiveness. Glucosamine is extracted from shellfish and is therefore not recommended for people with shellfish allergies.

Traceability and transparency: Where do Kinesis' ingredients come from?

🌿 The horsetail, meadowsweet, and blackcurrant in Kine.Sis are grown in Occitanie by small organic producers we've known for generations. 🏜 Our devil's claw comes from Namibia; we work with a local organic farmer whose operation respects the environment and its workers.

🦐 Our glucosamine comes from mollusc shells, including shrimp, which we collect from the shrimp farming industry.

🌋 Finally, our zeolite, although abundant in France, also comes from Spain, because we have not found any supplier in France capable of micronizing and activating the zeolite powder to allow it to be used on humans.

Once the ingredients are gathered, Kinesis is manufactured according to our guidelines by our manufacturing partner Pharmanature in the Gard region, specialists in plants and in the dry form of food supplements.

How do I use it?

Dosage and instructions for taking

The dosage of Kinesis is adjustable according to the need, from 2 to 4 tablets per day .

We recommend taking 2 Kinesis tablets with a large glass of water.

For an “attack” phase we recommend taking 4 Kinesis tablets and then adjusting the dose.

In addition to Kinesis, to maintain good health, it is recommended to have a balanced diet and to engage in physical activity according to one's abilities.

Warning, Kinesis contains glucosamine and is therefore not vegan-friendly.

Contraindications, precautions for use and side effects

Do not use if you have a known intolerance to any of the components, in particular if you have a known allergy to crustaceans (glucosamine) or salicylated compounds (meadowsweet).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Dietary supplements should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied and balanced diet.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before taking any supplements.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on persons under 18 years of age.

Chronic use is not recommended; we recommend seeking medical advice in case of persistent pain.
